Policy of transformation and Policy of development

I experienced something I'm going to share other artists with it and let me say.
Before attaining you have to dream. Before achieving you have to determine. Before succeeding you have to believe in both the policy of transformation and the policy of development.
Art just like fashion you have to follow the modern style to get the acceptance from your society with in all the specifications that could shape you or fit to you from budget to culture fact; that means if you are an artist you have to be stand by to any changing and I think this changing should reflect your policy a deliberate policy other wise you will live in a mess.
And thing doesn't stop with the changing, while changing needs to embrace a new way of seeing and thinking and again with in your budget and culture fact but changing is not enough you have to develop your plan for changing; check it up and update it .
 The national and the international criteria whose behind this experience to meet the judgement standard  you have change and develop, to me it's just like searching for  a new ideas and it's fun.
